2 New Online Training Courses Released
Two new certificate courses are released and available for use.

Error-Proofing Business Processes is designed specifically for those working in offices and transactional environments. This course explores how to error-proof the transactional processes by studying both the server-side (service provider) and the customer-side of the transaction. Techniques to uncover the root cause of errors and then prevent their recurrence are covered.

Fundamentals of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is designed specifically to help practitioners understand the APQP methodology and apply it to the development of new products and their corresponding processes.
